The Sunshine Coast is a beautiful coastal area about one hour's drive north of Brisbane. Beaches, hinterland, rivers, bush, forest and villages merge to form an area of scenic beauty that makes the Sunshine Coast a very popular holiday destination.

The Sunshine Coast stretches from Caloundra in the south to Rainbow Beach in the North. Noosa marks the top end of the developed area and beyond is the North Shore providing access to Fraser Island.

The visitor to the Sunshine Coast will enjoy a perfect climate, excellent restaurants, beaches, rivers, hinterland and award winning Sunshine Coast attractions. Golf, sailing, fishing, surfing, walking, pampering and lots more are all available on the Sunshine Coast. Sunshine Coast accommodation is excellent and our team at Sunshine Coast eguide have selected the best Sunshine Coast accommodation that is easily booked on line at the lowest rates.

The number one dive site on the Sunshine Coast is the “ex-HMAS BRISBANE Conservation Park. The HMAS BRISBANE is a former Australian navy destroyer that was scuttled on July 31, 2005 to create a dive site suitable for all certified divers. The ship is covered in marine growth and over 102 species of larger invertebrates have been recorded on the wreck. At a length of 133 metres she is easily the largest of the known diveable wrecks along the Queensland coast.
